This website has no analytics, no tracking pixels and no advertising cookies. It sets no cookies for marketing or measurement purposes. The main website serves fonts locally. Some older blog articles load Google Fonts from Google servers, which receive technical connection data such as your IP address when those articles are opened.

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA. Like any web server, the host processes technical connection data such as IP address, time of request, requested page and browser type. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating and securing the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Because the host is based in the United States, this may involve a transfer of data outside the EEA, carried out under the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Contacting us by email
If you write to frank@aikialabs.com, we process your address and the content of your message in order to reply. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the message concerns a course, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f). We keep such correspondence only as long as needed to handle the matter and to meet retention obligations.
Course bookings
Bookings are not made on this website. When you follow a booking link, you leave aikialabs.com and the privacy policy of the course provider applies.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and to object to processing. Write to frank@aikialabs.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD), C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid, www.aepd.es.
