Website Terms and Conditions

Rules for using aikialabs.com and its publicly available content.

Last updated: 1 September 2026

Important scope

This website currently provides information and a way to contact AIKIA Labs. It does not provide an online checkout or conclude course or other service contracts. Any future engagement is subject to a separate written offer or agreement.

1. Scope and acceptance

These terms apply to your use of aikialabs.com, including its pages, articles, case studies, downloads, and other publicly available content (the “Website”). The Website is presented under the AIKIA Labs brand.

By using the Website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Website.

2. Information only; no contract through the Website

Course, workshop, and other service descriptions are general information and invitations to make an enquiry. They are not binding offers. Sending an email or other enquiry does not by itself create a contract.

A contract is formed only when the parties expressly agree in writing. Any individual offer, booking conditions, or service agreement provided for that engagement will take precedence over these Website terms.

3. Educational content and AI-related information

Content on the Website is provided for general educational and informational purposes. It is not legal, tax, financial, medical, cybersecurity, or other regulated professional advice.

Artificial-intelligence tools and practices change quickly and may produce incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated results. You remain responsible for checking information, protecting confidential data, and obtaining qualified advice before making decisions with legal, financial, operational, or safety consequences.

4. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the Website and its original text, graphics, branding, course concepts, downloads, and other content are owned by or licensed to AIKIA Labs and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view the Website and make reasonable personal or internal business use of its public content. The following require prior written permission unless mandatory law expressly permits them:

  • republication, sale, licensing, or commercial distribution;
  • removal of copyright, trademark, or attribution notices;
  • systematic extraction, scraping, or creation of a content database;
  • use of substantial Website content to train or evaluate an AI system.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the Website to:

  • break the law or infringe the rights of another person;
  • introduce malware, attempt unauthorised access, or bypass security measures;
  • interfere with the Website or place an unreasonable load on its infrastructure;
  • misrepresent your identity or affiliation with AIKIA Labs;
  • collect personal data or send unsolicited communications through the Website.

6. Third-party links and services

The Website may link to third-party websites, platforms, or tools. Those services are controlled by their respective providers and are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not necessarily mean that AIKIA Labs endorses or controls the third party.

7. Availability and security

We may update, suspend, or remove Website content or functionality. We take reasonable care but do not promise uninterrupted availability, complete security, or freedom from errors. You are responsible for using appropriate security measures and backups on your own devices and systems.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including any mandatory rights available to consumers.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIKIA Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on general Website information, third-party services, or temporary Website interruption. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

9. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms when the Website, our services, or applicable rules change. The current version and its update date will be published on this page. Changes apply to future use of the Website and do not retrospectively alter a separately concluded contract.

10. Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by Spanish law. This choice does not remove any mandatory consumer protection granted by the law of your country of residence. Disputes will be handled by the courts that have jurisdiction under applicable law.
